Personal and Career Strategy Coaching

Coaching is a “one-on-one” process (in person, via telephone, or email) designed to help you clarify and articulate what you want from your life and how to achieve it – in your finances, work, relationships, and spiritual growth.

The coach's role includes:

• helping you identify the changes you want
• introducing questions to guide your self-reflection
• tracking your progress and accomplishments

Cost: $100 - $200 per hour (sliding scale)

Norm is a certified mediator and coach with over 25 years of experience in business development, management and staff supervision. He has co-designed several personal growth courses which are still being delivered around the world.
